Surrounded by an exceptional viticultural area, the Layon valley has a very particular climate and terroir. Since the middle age, the vine growing on its steep slopes has produced very famous white wines.

Following twisting footpaths across plots, glens and hillsides, you will discover the specificities and the history of this charming place. You will learn about vine farming and winemaking methods and how much interactions between the vine and its environment are important in the wine making process. At last, you will appreciate the winemakers’ work and art, thanks to a wine tasting.
